Showit templates are not included with the purchase of the web design service. You may purchase a template of your choice from the Showit template shop, Tonic, and Northfolk templates. I will recommend templates based on your brand and project scope, but the final decision is for you to decide. 

Yes, I can create small brand icons and custom logos within reasonable limits. If you're interested, we can incorporate them into your project for an extra charge. Just ensure you're certain about wanting illustrations before finalizing the contract, as all services are non-refundable!

Unfortunately, all services are non-refundable to provide financial security for myself as the designer. If you cancel before our scheduled discovery call, you won't owe any remaining balances and forfeit your deposit. However, if you cancel after the project officially begins, post the discovery call, you'll be accountable for 50% of the remaining balance.

If you have made the initial deposit, you can reschedule according to my availability. if you choose to cancel at a later date, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you wish to schedule with me again in the future, you will be required to make a new deposit.
